how to use

Recommended dose is one (1) suppository as needed.

Remove one suppository from the sealed package and insert the entire suppository into the anus. Insertion is easier if the suppository is moistened with water first. If the user suffers from mucosal injuries or hemorrhoids, it is recommended to insert the suppository after lubricating it with Vaseline, sunflower or olive oil.

The suppository usually stimulates bowel emptying within minutes. It is important to let the work finish.

Users are advised to keep the suppository in the rectum as long as possible, to move around, even in the presence of a clear stimulus, rather than waiting in a sitting or lying position.
